The jury has highlighted the balance of the live cooked pieces. A golden cortex turret with its perfect proportion of bubbles and crunchy to the cut, a tender and pink lean and, of course, with a spectacular taste in the mouth. The Best Torreznos of the World have been presented with the optimal proportion of lean, bacon and crust, attractive to the sight and exquisite to the palate. The jury has highlighted the perfect symphony of these torreznos, that sound that produces the torrezno when cut on the board, that is, a dry and elegant crunch.
