Pietraorcia

The restaurant Cantina Pietravorcia offers the opportunity to taste the wines of its own production, accompanied by small culinary delights. Open for meals and dinners, from April to November, upon reservation. Chef Rossana Foglia offers traditional dishes of Ischia with small variations, the raw materials are all from Ischia and Campania: rabbit of Ischia, vegetables of the "garden of Pietravorcia," local fish, pasta of Gragnano. The letter, composed of some dishes that bet on the exaltation of the raw material and are designed to marry with the wines of their own harvest. Desserts are all home. It is possible to have a la carte dinner or choose a tasting menu.
