The couple who regained the kiosk of the beach of Los Guirres will never forget the evening of November 10, 2021, when the small paradise for swimwear and surfers disappeared under the lava. They followed two difficult years until their new dream came true. They opened a restaurant called Los Lavaderos in an emblematic place in the historic centre of Tazacorte, where the locals used to wash their clothes.
