La Palma

(El Paso · Canary Islands)

La Palma, known as "La Isla Bonita," is the greenest of the Canary Islands. With lush forests and steep coasts that hide black sand beaches, this island surprises the visitor for its ecological treasures and exceptional nature. The UNESCO Biosphere Reserve has many protected natural spaces, and inside it is the Caldera de Taburiente National Park. The volcanic lavas, which reach the first line of sea, have led to the creation of a low and rocky coastline, with small coves attached between cliffs. At the table, you will discover that local products not only shape simple and traditional recipes, but also a more elaborate and avant-garde cuisine.
