Cid (grilled mushrooms)

A good example to show that it doesn't take much sophistication to get a tasty and successful prick. In El Cid they are experts in iron mushrooms, both in ration and in skewers, and even if it seems simple no one is able to match their taste because only they have their great secret: the granny's sauce. Rioja's wine is like a finger ring to her mushrooms.
