This excellent exponent of the marsellese cuisine (rue des Catalans, 6) has been offering the best of local cuisine since 1946. As a specialty, it is appropriate to refer to the undefectible bulllabe, although with a particular feature: before serving it, the restaurant staff show their customers the fish and seafood to be used in its production.
