Casa Marcos

Villaverde is the town that has a greater number of quality restaurants in Toda Fuerteventura. One of these restaurants is Casa Marcos, Gastronomical Bar. With a rustic and simple decoration, but very nice and cozy, the restaurant has a large terrace living room, as well as small private dining rooms. In Casa Marcos they have merged traditional dishes with new cooking trends, so all the food they offer is known, but the way to prepare it is special: for example, they have a dish called "Bold Eggs," which is a kind of "potato and chorizo tortilla," but in the form of a ball and which is very good. Also the Iberian ham, Ripios de Solomillo (very tasty), and a tomato with cheese and a salad that are the best I've ever eaten in Fuerteventura. Other dishes include Fish Cake, Garbanzada, Papas a la Crema or Rebumbio de Verdura. All products are of very good quality. Very kind the waiters and fast and effective service.
