Trip (tortilla)

It's one of the most recognized tortillas in Logroño. Since the beginning of this story on San Juan Street, La Pasesía has been able to record its great work with the potato tortilla. Pinches that keep coming out of the kitchen, and whole tortillas to pick up and taste there or at home in good company. With or without spicy, it's a whole reference in San Juan.
