Vasilias Beach

Vassilias beach is approximately halfway between the city of Skiathos and the Kalamaki Peninsula, and a few steps from bus stop 8. You can park in the small area behind the north end of the beach, there is also parking next to the road and a large parking area opposite the Kassandra Bay Hotel where the bus stop is. Vassilias is a narrow beach that is well organized with many sun loungers and umbrellas, a beach tavern and a wide variety of water sports including water skiing, rings, wakeboard, canoes and boat rental, as well as walks and activities. Under the feet there is mainly sand with some stones here and there. The trees bordering the back of the beach provide natural shade and the entrance to the sea is not too steep, so it is perfect for families with children of all ages. Because of the fact that there is a large hotel and spa right behind the beach, you will find that it is popular at all times, especially on the south end, near the hotel.
