Archaeological Museum of Volos

One of the oldest museums in Greece (founded in 1909) presents findings in chronological order from the Neolithic to the Roman period. The most valuable exhibitions are related to funeral rituals: articles made with valuable materials come from archaeological sites in Amphani, Feres and Demetrias.
