We approach the tsipouro mexes with a modern look. Kopanisti smoked, hand-made smoked mackerel, fried tuna and cod sujukaki are a small sample of the local variety. In cooperation with local producers, they make their own pickles and seek mushrooms, truffles, wild herbs on the mountain.
