The Aljibe

The Aljibe restaurant is located in the castle of Castellar de la Frontera, historical monument and one of the most picturesque corners of Andalusia. Its atmosphere has the taste of the 13th and 14th centuries, decorated following the tradition of Andalusian popular architecture. Its kitchen is based on the typical dishes of the area made with traditional recipes, always matched to the hunt, especially the boar and the deer, prepared with aromatic herbs and wines of the Earth.
