Via Toledo

With more than a kilometre in length, Via Toledo links the Trieste and Trento Square with the imposing Dante Square, linking the city from north to south to offer a panorama of monumental civil and religious buildings along its course. Via Toledo is one of the main commercial axes of the city. In it, bathed by the eager crowds to fill their hands with bags, you can find the shops of the main commercial chains intermingled with some old shops that have survived over the years. One of the most remarkable points of interest on Via Toledo is the Toledo Metro stop, a space with a surprising decoration that seems to be taken from the best of museums.
