Testi Kebab

I'm sure we've all heard of the famous and rich Kebab, which means "roast or steed meat." The Testi kebab is a typical and popular recipe from Turkey, more specifically from Capadocia which consists of a spicy stew of lamb meat, although they also make it of chicken, which is slowly cooked in a mud pot on coal coals.
