It is certainly one of the most practiced trails in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. The ease of your journey and the beautiful place you go through make it ideal as a walk for entire families. The two populations that unite, Benamahoma and El Bosque, are another added appeal. In both, we will be able to enjoy its streets and serrano houses located in a overflowing landscape of nature and with an offer of restoration and accommodation that will allow us to extend the day and will encourage us to return to know its excellence. During the tour, we will enjoy an excellent gallery forest with chopos, strawberries and olmos, where we will be able to see and hear a lot of birds, such as the oropher, in spring and summer; the common myrtle, the cascade lavender, the curvucas, the petirrojo or the powerful song of the nightingale throughout the year, and even with luck some fishing martin. In the course we can also observe the attempts to use the watercourse to generate energy: the remains of mills and the former "Eléctrica de la Sierra" plant.
