Savardak

The restaurant is located next to the road leading to the Kolasin ski station. It is a real building made of straw whose construction was made by hand by the restaurant owner and his wife. They did so for themselves in order to provide a unique experience to their visitors and tourists in Montenegro. It is a kind of traditional Montenegrin facility where people live for centuries. Made of natural materials, this place offers the visitor to feel the spirit of old times. You can imagine the rural side of the people in this region when you're in this restaurant. At the restaurant you can taste home specialties such as kačamak (polenta) and cicvara (gachas). All meals are prepared by the owner and since they opened the restaurant, more than 20 years ago, the menu has not changed at all. It also has external tables attached to the river.
