The small and charming coastal corner of Es Canal d'en Martí still keeps the marine spirit alive, and to it contributes especially to the restaurant Salvadó, hidden in a corner behind the port houses, practically attached to the sea. Joan Riera, the owner of this simple restaurant, keeps alive the tradition of good eating following the traditional recipes of the island and takes advantage of the best genre, which makes it easier for the fishermen of the surrounding area at dawn. In front of the terrace remains tied the old llaüt of the establishment. The specialty of Salvadó is the peix bullit with rice to the band, although they can choose other dishes, such as fresh prawns on the iron, mussels on the sailor, fish paella or fish grilled. They also have reed fish, although their variety depends on the gender brought by the fishermen. On request, they prepare a magnificent fish with salmonds, which is worth a try and which brings a proud rice to black band. They close in January, February and December. .
