Well of the Calcosas

Before you reach the pond you will pass through a village (considered the smallest village of the Canary Islands) of ancestral houses of traditional herreña architecture with volcanic stone walls and roofs. It seems that these houses were built by the fishermen to spend the summer. Walk some of the narrow streets of the small town and do not fear to lose you: all the roads lead to the dip. A curiosity when visiting the well of the Calcosos is that you will notice yourself observed / or by a Neptune made of recycled materials, work of artist Rubén Armiche
