Fallen pepper (Gemista)

The gemista is a dish of Greek cuisine consisting of tomatoes and peppers filled with rice and spices, and cooked in the oven. Sometimes it is also done with eggplant or pumpkin. It is usually served with a garrison of French fries. (γεμιστθ, stuffed pepper)
