Grilla Principe

The Parrilla Principe restaurant is a medium-high-level restaurant located just a few metres from the Monastery. On two terraces on a balustrada covered by chestnuts dominating Floridablanca Street and with fabulous views of the Monastery. Located in an 18th-century palace belonging to the architect of King Charles III and later belonging to the Marquis de Fontalba, in its interior we find corners of incalculable historical value, such as its CANCELA and CHIMENEA FRANCESA, which will accompany us in our stay, giving it a difficult environment to find in another environment. The restaurant offers a quality Spanish cuisine with very generous rations and well-presented dishes. In summer it has a terrace with good views of the Monastery of El Escorial.
