Ferrera Park

It is opened at 7 p.m. and closed at 11 a.m. The park was for centuries that the successive Marquis of Ferrera had, for their enjoyment, in the back park of their palace, whose main entrance is in the square of Spain. This huge forest possession was seen in the middle of this completely abandoned century and the park became in a deterioration that resembled a virgin forest. The City of Avilés, after laborious negotiations, acquired the majority for public use. It was King Juan Carlos I who opened the compound on May 19, 1976.
