Gooyer's Mill

The historic De Gooyer wind mill now houses a charming brewery in its vicinity, being a popular meeting place in Amsterdam. The Netherlands is famous for its windmills, which were once ubiquitous. In Amsterdam, only six mills have survived, of which De Gooyer is closer to the historic center. De Gooyer is registered as a National Monument and is the highest mill in the country, with a height of 26.6 meters.
