Mesón Cantabria

There are bars and restaurants where the potato tortilla is an emblem. The Cantabria Meson, in the heart of Reinosa, is one of them because its popular tortillas - which have already known three generations - are the skewer par excellence. Since 8 in the morning, the kitchen of this establishment works without stopping so that customers, for little more than one euro, can enjoy their freshly made tortilla spikes: normal (with or without onion); fillings (of jijas; ham and cheese; blue cheese; wigs with ali oli; morcilla with peppers; sea or pretty mouths with tomato); and special (of calos; vegetable or with mushrooms, bacon and ali oli). To carry, prices range from 10 to 12 euros depending on the tortilla.
