Mena La Finca

In Mena they pay tribute to the product, with a proposal based on fire and brasses. In the section of entrants, it draws attention to the gilde of anchovy and piparra finished with a mussel in scabeche (4 €). It is also appropriate to try the brioche with smoked butter and anchovy (three units of 12 €) or the bikini to the brase with matured chops, Mahon cheese and black truffle (four units 22 €).
