They have a catalogue of a dozen tortillas although they point out that they change them daily and they incorporate new specialties as they experiment. These can be carried whole or by pieces or tasted in the same establishments by wedges, which are accompanied by a slice of bread with a little salmored and oil. They also sell baton-type fries trays that can be decorated with different sauces, all homemade and made by themselves. The potatoes are cold in olive oil. For the time being, the most successful tortillas are the tortillas of morcilla and pineapples or the tortillas of salmon with roquefort. It also has followers of goat rulo cheese with peppers jam or the caramel with caramelized onions. They all carry potatoes.
