The Great Pulpery

The restaurant La Gran Pulpería focuses on some of the most emblematic dishes of the popular Galician cuisine. The octopus is the star of the house. Its medium size is prepared in the traditional style and reaches the table conveniently cooked, tender and juicy, seasoned with spicy pepper and olive oil. The octopus can be with or without cachelos and its presence extends to other areas of the card, such as croquettes, empanadas, octopus tortilla or brazed octopus. There is also room for an empanada (can be of loin, nice, cod, cod with raisins, berbers....), a little seafood often (steamed berbers, baked zamburiñas, cooked mussels) or a little raxo do Burgo (in this case the loin is replaced by pork solomil) and a roasted veal served with mashed potatoes.
