The Ereta

Modern and striking construction located on the rise to the castle of Santa Bárbara, so... it offers magnificent views of the city! The chef Dani Frías, natural of Alicante, proposes a single Mediterranean-based tasting menu and current dye that puts the focus on the products of the sea; not in vain, the dish that we have most liked has been its delicious version of the Red Gamba Caldereta.
