The Cave of the Raging Tiger

The star cap are the rabid tiger mussels, which are famous throughout Santiago, although they do not correspond to what most of us understand by tiger mussels (those fried with the mussels cut, covered with bechamel and grated bread). In this case they are steamed mussels accompanied by a "rabid" sauce that bites but gives them its point.
