Funicular to Erice

Erice is a medieval village with steep streets and nobility buildings, churches and a castle. It is worth going, but with the funicular ("Funivia") because the access road from Trapani is dangerous, very narrow and full of curves. The views from the cabin over Trapani and the sea are spectacular and you can leave the car parked at the foot of the funicular, in the same city of Trapani.
