The restaurant has a series of dishes to highlight, such as the Cocido Serrano, a dish that is prepared as our grandmothers did, some dry potatoes with long-life Torreznos, some Judiones de Villavieja with Matanza, of unmistakable palate. Simply spectacular, a Pipitoria, as rich as my mother or some Fritos Toritos, a tribute to Picasso (Calleeta de calera con Sintas) or a Cod Diablillo.
