The Ermit

At the kilometer 261 direction La Coruña, just past Benavente, is this well-known family restaurant located in a centenary building and surrounded by beautiful gardens. What initially opened as a typical Spanish merchant in 1989 is today a refined dining room recognized with a Michelin star and two Repsol suns. In it, the children of the founder, the chefs Pedro and Óscar, present typical Spanish dishes that are consistent with each season, such as the cecina canutils, the cod with manitas or the roast in the wood oven, and other more innovative creations. It has four tasting menus (from 60 euros).
