The Colmado del Central

Post divided into two environments. The first is a wine library with wines of different denominations of Spanish origin and of the province of Cadiz, including sherries of course. They can be bought for bottles and some of them are served for drinks in the same establishment. The second area is dedicated to Iberian products with Guijuelo, Salamanca or Jabugo ham, which are cut by knife. The sausages can also be bought to take or taste in the establishment itself. They also have a small kitchen where they make tapas daily with products from the store or purchased on the market. They also have tables to cover and try the wines. They've incorporated tap vermouth.
