Where to eat in El Bosque

The Tabanco You can find good versions of the typical cuisine of the Sierra de Cadiz. There are chacinas and cheeses from El Bosque, very famous both, a salad with fresh cheese or boar and carrion peas. They also have local lamb, trout or rayon boar, similar to the cochinillo.
