Cetarii was founded in 1995, with the primary objective of preserving, through a careful selection of products, all those fishing traditions such as Mediterranean bluefin tuna in oil, windfall, mackerel, white tuna, tuna bottarga, oil anchovy and anchovy sauce, products that are expression of the nature of the territory and of a genuine food.
