The start is located at the Nordic Skiing Centre of Abodi in Larrainxarra, area of Pikatua, 1,320 m, on the road to Larraine-Larrau, ascending to the port of Ituri, 1,573 meters, on the hillside of Mount Orhi. The route coincides with a ski track in the background, so it is a wide road without difficulty, which should not be used in the ski season. In its first part, the hayedo gently ascends to the Sierra de Abodi, 1,400 meters, having beautiful views of the Salazar Valley, the far mountains of Roncal and Condo, as well as a different perspective of Mount Orhi. To return later on half-hillside on the southern side, always inside the hayedo.
