Cedro

This is the second project of Pilar Guillén and Ángel García after its establishment in the nearby village of Collado Mediano. They include dishes such as the squid sandwich made backwards, the chestnut mousse with crunchy artichoke and foie and main dishes such as the teaspoon or the roast pigeon that accompany with spicy pear and polenta noquis.
