In Casa Paca you will find mainly product cuisine, without artificiums and in which the quality of the raw material will stand out. They tell me that the most demanded skewers are the different made with morcilla - goat cheese / caramelized onion, duck ham and foie mousse.... - the cheese with membillo and the typical salmantino bake, although I confess that I would have had no problem asking for any other cover hidden behind their always full vitrines.
