Casa Julián Bar

This place was opened as a complement to the mythical roaster Casa Julián, located just a few meters from the bar. However, this bar has its own gastronomic entity and, in clear contrast to the closed board of the roaster, offers a variety of tapas and rations that would make more than one local donostiarra feel envious. The board of Casa Julián Bar changes every day according to market requirements. It is worth noting the Martini of home tap, made in the same place, aged in barrels previously used with Pedro Ximénez, which gives it an extraordinary taste and a great acceptance (from 14 September to 1 October were served 1,500 Martinis).
