The carnage José Madrid Muñoz e Hijos is a family company in the meat sector with a long walk that begins in 1920, when Manuel Madrid opened a meat sale establishment in the square of the market of Ubeda. It can be considered one of the oldest businesses in the region that continues to work with the same handicraft and quality criteria of a lifetime. In the 1960s, José Madrid (son of the founder) introduced the manufacture of artisan sausages into its production. In 1984, with the opening of a trade on the most commercial street in the city, it became one of the reference companies in the town of Ubeda. It is innovative in new meat products prepared for fully home cooking (flaminquins, meatballs, etc.). The current owners are two brothers, Andrés and Manuel, grandchildren of the founder. The company has not lost its family essence, which gives it a well done work value with much affection.
