It is located at a height of 1,180 metres, 12 kilometres from Cangas del Narcea. If something stands out in your kitchen, it is certainly the typical Potaje de Berzas, Pote Asturiano or Caldo de Berzas. This is a traditional stew, which has been supporting many families for many decades. Indigenous ingredients are the berza, the potato, the faba pina, its companion (Chorizo, morcilla, bacon) and a slow cooking make the potage our star dish. Also, cabbage filled with seafood, lamb chuletillas, veal cachopo or cod with fish are some of its specialities.
