Balik ekmek

It is the best known fish sandwich in Turkey. We can find it, above all, in Istanbul, where the so-called colorful ships are stuck in the Golden Horn, in front of the Galata Tower. They are cooked within the boats themselves, at the rate of the waves of the sea. Most of them are mackerel and are accompanied by lettuce, onion and lemon.
