A small and warm space that has a wood oven where its famous roast is made and which also specializes in own-made grilled beef. The Spanish soup and some specialties such as the Roast Lamb, the Caceres Cabrito, the Roast Cochinillo, prepared in its oak wood oven, the anchovy of Santoña and the beans of La Granja are outstanding.
