Arashiyama

Arashiyama is located in northern Kyoto and attracts many visitors for its famous bamboo forest and beautiful landscapes that change with the seasons. In the area there are temples, ancient imperial residences and famous historical places, many of them recognized as National Treasures or World Heritage.
