Antica Caciara

One of the institutions of Trastevere, Antica Caciara has been led by the Polica family since its opening in 1900. Roberto's wonderful selection of sausages, salami, cheese and olives is a pleasure for all senses. Don't leave without trying his Roman Pecorino, a hard sheep cheese that comes directly from Mr. Roberto's uncle's farm.
