Acili Ezme

One of the most tasty dishes you will find in Turkey, and very common in the cuisine of the Middle East is the acili ezme, it is a salsa made from vegetables and with the unmistakable presence of olive oil and pimenton. It is the ideal accompaniment for many strong dishes, for its exact comobination of taste, freshness and spicy. And of the amount of pepper I carry, we'll talk about a tasty or painful experience, because you might run into an ezme that will tear your tears out. The mixture includes ingredients cut into very small dice: red onion, tomato, garlic, green and red pepper, parsley, nuts. All mixed with olive oil, lemon juice and the addition of salt, pepper and pepper. It is usually used to accompany exquisite savoury bread with sesame seeds or even to fill those very rich pita bread along with melted halloumi cheese. In a small bowl, serve a generous portion of acili ezme, put on it some black olive trees and a touch of extra parsley, a few drops of olive oil and... to enjoy it alone or accompany meats, for example.
