Volcano Salinas

A large terrace with views of the salins and the Atlantic. Volcano makes an excellent cuisine. The island's fish, the mariners' rice and major recipes are often combined with cutting-edge techniques. A sample of this can be Royal Gala's "chickenpox ingot," and osmotised apples with azahar water.
