Valonsadero restaurant offers a traditional cuisine that seeks innovation in its recipes made with products of the earth and of careful presentation. His letter offers dishes such as delicacies of boletus with cod, cremies truffled with cardo and zamburriña mushrooms, duck raviolis with foie sauce, canelons grated with spinach and shrimp, wild lubina in the oven with oro, rape in sprockets and squid sauce, roasted dairy lamb in the oven, deer stew with peppers and apple, cheeses cake,... The Valonsadero restaurant has several different spaces on three floors. On the ground floor it has a dining room with capacity for 60 diners of traditional decoration but with modern glass floor that teaches the rock base of the building. The main dining room is on the middle floor; a bright and rustic living room with large windows offering a panoramic view of the nature surrounding the restaurant. And the upper floor has a social living room for 14 people ideal for company meetings or celebrations
