Ternera in Salsa de Tomate (Kokinisto)

It is a stew of calves cooked on slow heat in tomato sauce with spices. Some use cinnamon, some Jamaica pepper, some nail and some three. It is usually served with pasta, but also with rice, fried potatoes with olive oil or mashed potatoes. (κοκκινιστθ, veal in tomato wilce)
