Taberna La Salta

The devotion for the pancake-mounted in Zamora is evident in many of their bars, but in none they are prepared as in La Salta tavern. To prepare the pancake they remove the leather, put it in an adobo with soya and cinnamon, cook it empty for five hours, let cool, filtean, mark on the iron and add a mayonnaise with a little mustard and chipotle chili. This last touch really likes the Zamoran because he's very used to the pimenton.
