Afluent of the Cofio River, which is in turn the Alberche River that is tributary of the Tajo River.

The route is well marked above all the first section from the parking lot to the waterfall. The road to the waterfall is all very green, a lot of tree and all the time following the river. The waterfall or jetty is surprising, it seems taller than expected. The start is quite easy. Also very quiet, almost without people and what you hear are the birds, the wind in the trees and the small waterfalls that form the Hornillo River. There's some bridge to cross and some stairs to make the route easier. After a walk of about 30 minutes from the parking lot you can reach the Cascade of the Hornillo. You can get down to the bottom, there's a narrow path created by the footprints of the whole world that we go down. .
